We currently have positions available for:
Interim Loan Processor/Closer - Experienced in the processing and closing of residential and commercial loans.
Collections/Loan Servicing Specialist - Perform collection efforts on assigned delinquent accounts. Contact borrowers, negotiate extensions and modifications of loan terms and arrange payment schedules in accordance with Bank policy. Provide support for loan servicing including paying of taxes and insurance from mortgage, escrow accounts, construction draws and policy review.
Marketing Intern - Part time opportunity 10 - 15 hours per week assisting the marketing department with the creation of advertising and marketing materials, copying, scanning, putting together prize packages and helping set up marketing events. InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop experience preferred.
Saginaw Business Development Manager - Self motivated individual highly experienced in residential lending with a proven sales record and a strong focus on developing cusomter relationships. Managerial experience required.
Deposit Sales and Service Representative - Full time and part time positions at our Midland location - Looking for people who have experience and/or interest in both inside and outside sales. Job entails concentration on consultative selling, focus on customer service and becoming a deposit product expert for clients. Tremendous development and career opportunities within deposit team and in bank overall for employees that achieve goals.
Lending and Collections Risk Specialist - Responsible for addressing the bank's customer hardship and trouble debt restructuring request while controlling risk and exposure to the bank. Requirements include three years experience in mortgage underwriting or collections, preferably in the loss mitigation area or equivalent field at a bank or other financial institution.
Assistant Manager - This position will assist in achieving sales leadership and growth of the branch. Responsibilities included building, retaining, and managing customer relationships through assertive promotion of products and services while providing excellent customer service.
